Sometimes it’s about reinventing a new digital product. Other times, it’s about reimagining an entire system. To the end user, the design appears seamless; for me, it’s an intense process of creating, testing, and refining to consider all the key moments that make good experiences great.
When I design a product or service for the digital or physical world, I take an integrated approach: I connect the dots between activities, infrastructure, materials, people, and communication. I work to identify those unique moments that will ultimately shape successful, scalable design. An important part of my design process includes rapid iteration and prototyping to ensure that the final product gets to market faster, is the best it can be, and can stand the test of time in the real world.
